All orders purchased from phoenixfabrics.co.uk have no extra delivery charges when being sent to mainland uk. All items are posted out using Royal Mail First Class post. We can send orders to the rest of the world but please contact us first so that we can update the postage for you

Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. It is our policy to issue cash/credit refunds for all products returned in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase.

Please note certain jewellery items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been worn. We will gladly accept your return or exchange of unworn products if they are returned to us in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Returns can be arranged by email or by calling us. Only return products which have been pre-authorised by one of our sales staff. The Return Address will be given to you when you contact us.

Any cost of returning items to us is the customer's responsibility. As the products will be your responsibility until returned back to phoenixfabrics.co.uk we advise our customers for their own protection to use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Availability

The availability of an item refers to the length of time it takes before the item is available for us to send to you. For example, if we have an item in stock it will have 48-hour availability. In other cases, we may have to manufacture the items and it may take longer for us to be able to send you your order.

In extreme cases when availbility is more than 10 working days we will contact you in regard to this.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
